By using IVE Parking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Parking Use

Parking is provided on a self-service basis unless otherwise specified. By parking your vehicle, you agree to comply with all posted rules, time limits, and payment requirements.

Payment

All parking fees must be paid in advance or as required. Failure to pay or exceeding your purchased time may result in penalties, citations, immobilization, or towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

No Liability

IVE Parking is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal property. Parking is at your own risk.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your parking session, including reminders, expiration alerts, and enforcement notices.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time

- Reply HELP for assistance

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase parking, but certain features (such as reminders) may not function without it.

Enforcement

Vehicles parked in violation of posted rules or without valid payment may be subject to enforcement actions, including fines, immobilization (booting), or towing.

Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of IVE Parking.

Changes to Terms

IVE Parking reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
